Using your sponsor portal
Your portal shows how your ads are doing and lets you add new ones. Sign in with the email address our team added for you. There's no password; we email you a code.
Steps
- Sign in, then tap Your sponsorship on Home.
- Views and clicks shows each month. A view counts when at least half your ad is on a rider's screen for a second.
- Under Your ads, tap Upload a creative to add a new one. Pick the size, choose the image, add your link and a short description, and set the dates.
- Use Contact us for questions or changes. We reply by email.
- Tap Book time with us to pick a time to talk.
Good to know
- Ad sizes: 320×50, 300×250, 728×90, or 300×600 pixels exactly. PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF, under 500 KB.
- Your link must start with https://.
- Riders see your ad labeled Sponsored. Local sponsors show first on stops near the business.
- Invoices and online payment are coming soon. Until then, we send your invoice by email.
