Kickstand

Features

What's live today, and what's coming to the Chapter Platform plan. Each module is labeled so you know exactly what you're getting.

A rider's bingo card filling in with photos from each stop

Ride challengesLive

Bingo-style or list cards of any size, a free center square, stops from your own place library, photo instructions per stop, and challenges that open and close on their own.

Suggested places nearest the chapter's dealer, filtered by tags like food and museum

Suggested placesLive

Start your card from stops other chapters have ridden, tagged and sorted by distance from your dealer. Or add any place you like.

Checking in at a stop with the rider's photo

Photo check-insLive

Riders send a photo at each stop. The app reads where it was taken and shows the reviewer a GPS hint. It never blocks a rider.

The review queue with a rider's photo, a GPS match, and Approve and Reject buttons

Review queueLive

Approve or send back with a reason and a note, approve every GPS match at once, and move with the arrow keys.

The chapter leaderboard with each rider's stop count

Leaderboard and paceLive

A live leaderboard, a chapter dashboard, and each rider's pace toward finishing by the last day.

A planned loop from the dealer with Google Maps, Apple Maps, and GPX buttons

Ride plannerLive

Loops from the chapter's dealer that fit each rider's daily miles, opened in Google Maps or Apple Maps or saved as GPX.

A planned ride with dealers worth the detour and an Add button for each

National stops and dealer visitsLive

Every member is in H.O.G.'s national challenges and Dealer Visits. The planner points out stops and dealers near each ride, and riders add the ones they want.

The members list with H.O.G. IDs, roles, and when each member was last active

MembersLive

Invite links, H.O.G. IDs, and optional emergency contacts that only officers can see. Every lookup is logged.

A ride on the chapter calendar with Going, Maybe and Can't go buttons and who's going

Events calendar and RSVPsLive

Rides and meetings with RSVPs and guest counts, a calendar members subscribe to on their phones, and a copy of the calendar your chapter already keeps, updated every hour. You choose how names show on RSVP lists: full name, initials, or nothing but a count. Each rider can pick their own, and their pick wins. Officers always see who answered, and RSVPs are never public.

NewslettersComing

Send to current members only, with delivery and open reports.

DuesComing

Collected through your chapter's own Stripe account. We take nothing.

A chapter photo album: a grid of riders' photos from their stops, with an Add photos button

Photo galleriesLive

An album for every event, albums officers start for anything else, and a challenge album that fills itself with stop photos riders choose to share. Members add photos, and an officer or the chapter Photographer approves them. Photos are resized for the web (about 2,000 pixels on the long side), so keep your originals: a gallery isn't an archive.

Chapter websiteComing

A site for your chapter that updates itself from your events and challenges, on your own domain or ours.
