For chapter officers · Updated
Read your chapter dashboard
The Dashboard is the first tab of the Chapter console. It shows what's waiting on you and how your chapter is doing, so you know where to spend your time. Officers see it, and so does dealership staff with view-only access. Open it from the menu (top right) under Chapter console, or tap the Chapter tab at the bottom.
Everything on it is a count or a date. Nobody's emergency contact, phone or address shows here.
Needs attention
A short list of things waiting on someone, with the ones that need you first: photos to review, people waiting to join, an officer term ending, open board seats, how many more members you need for Ride 365, members who haven't signed in, and on the Platform plan gallery photos waiting, storage getting full, or a website domain that needs attention. Tap a line to go there. When nothing is waiting, it says All clear.
Open board seats only show if your chapter records officer titles on Officers.
Member engagement
- Active, cooling and inactive count members by how recently they used the app: active in the last 30 days, cooling 31 to 90 days ago, inactive longer than that or never.
- Haven't signed in yet counts members on your roster who never signed in.
- Tap any tile to open Members already filtered to those people. The filter is saved in the page address, so you can bookmark it or send it to another officer.
- The engagement ladder shows how many members are on the roster, have signed in, joined a challenge, sent a photo, and finished the card. Each step includes everyone who made it that far.
- Two weekly charts cover the last twelve weeks: members using the app, and new sign-ups. A sign-up is someone who can sign in and is a member, so importing a roster doesn't make a spike. Tap or hover a column for its number, or open Show as a table.
- Profiles on file counts emergency contacts and real H.O.G. IDs (not placeholders). Tap See who's missing to open Members filtered to the people who still need one. That list can include someone waiting for approval, so it's a to-do list, not a match for the count.
What "active" means: signing in, using the app, or sending a photo. It is not attendance. A member who rides every week but never opens the app shows as inactive, and stops loaded from a Word card never count as activity.
Ride 365 and Chrome Chapter
Your chapter's progress toward two mileage reports for half your members. It is always marked Unofficial, because it only counts what members tap in the app. H-D's Ride 365 system holds the real readings, so check Manage My Chapter on the H.O.G. site for the official count.
A sentence tells you whether you're on pace to reach half by December 31. Where members are splits everyone into two reports, one report, signed in with no report, and not signed in. Tap One report, Signed in, no report or Not signed in to open Members filtered to them. Under it is the Chrome Chapter checklist, which the primary board ticks off.
Running challenges
One card per challenge: riders who joined, riders with a stop, approved stops, finishers, the average against an even pace for today, and how photo review is going (how many are waiting, how fast they're reviewed, and how many match the GPS). Tap Results or Review queue for the details.
Events, photos, website, leadership and plan
- Events (Platform plan) lists the next three with their RSVPs and how many members have answered each. Under them is your RSVP rate: the share of members who answered the average event over the last 90 days, compared with the 90 days before. Going, maybe and can't go all count as answering. It also shows how many members RSVP'd to something in the last 90 days. These are RSVPs, not attendance.
- Photos (Platform plan) shows albums, photos added this month, photos waiting for approval and your storage.
- Website (Platform plan) shows whether your chapter website is a draft or published, its address, how many of the 7 setup steps are done and which one is next, what still blocks publishing (only a missing privacy statement), how many pages and public photo albums it has, and whether your own domain is live. Tap Open website to change anything. If you haven't started one, it says so and links to setup.
- Leadership shows who holds each primary board seat, how many other officers you have, and your sponsoring dealer.
- Plan and billing shows your plan and, if you pay online, when it renews.
Good to know
- Numbers update every time you open the page. There's nothing to refresh or set up.
- On the Challenge plan, Events, Photos and Website show as Platform features. Tap one to see what the Platform plan adds.
- New chapter tools show up here as they arrive, with their own card.
